How VDC Works

A Framework. Not a Formula.

Every VDC engagement runs on The Source Protocol™. It starts with a conversation, not a contract.

Discovery Call

A conversation to find where you are.

01 · Locate

Find where work actually breaks down.

02 · Diagnose

Confirm it's the real problem, not just the loudest one.

03 · Stress

Pressure-test the direction before it scales.

04 · Build

Implement with governance built in from day one.

05 · Translate

Make it land at every level, measurably.

Sharitta Marshall, MBA

Founder and Principal Consultant, Visionary Development Consulting

Sharitta Marshall builds leadership systems that organizations can use after the engagement ends. As founder of Visionary Development Consulting, she partners with enterprise teams to design AI-augmented leadership development that closes the gap between leadership potential and measurable business performance. VDC has delivered engagements for 10+ organizations including the Las Vegas Raiders, IKEA, Alstom, Apex Systems, PagerDuty, WICT Network, Clarins, Cheize, Seed Spot, and Southern Arizona Book Heroes.

Her work addresses the problem most L&D investments do not solve: organizations deploy tools and run training, but leaders still are not performing at the level the business needs. Sharitta builds the infrastructure, frameworks, and AI systems that change that. She is a Certified Prompt Design Professional and Claude AI Architect Certification Candidate with 24+ AI systems designed and deployed across enterprise programs. Her engagements produce documented outcomes: increased retention, stronger promotion velocity, and leadership teams that can operate under pressure without the organization carrying them.

Sharitta holds an MBA from Arizona State University and a BBA from Howard University. She has 7+ years of experience in organizational and leadership development. She does not soften the diagnosis because the room gets quiet. That is usually when the work gets real.

"Sharitta has been a partner for about a year now and I cannot say enough about the support she has provided. Her framework allowed us to stay in line with industry standards while tailoring our approach to the strategy we have outlined as an organization. Not only is Sharitta knowledgeable and innovative, she is also wonderful to work with. 10/10, highly recommend."
